Delivery Zone
At present, we limit our shipping services to the 48 contiguous United States. We do not deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, or any international locations. Additionally, we require a physical street address for all deliveries; we cannot fulfill orders bound for P.O. Boxes due to carrier restrictions on hazardous materials.

Shipping Fees
We are happy to absorb all standard shipping costs on your behalf. Every order qualifies for free ground shipping, regardless of its total value. No handling fees, fuel surcharges, or residential delivery fees will be added during checkout.

Order Processing
We request 1 to 2 business days to pick, pack, and ready your purchase for departure. This timeframe begins once we receive a successful payment authorization. Orders submitted after 2:00 PM PT or on holidays will begin processing on the subsequent working day.

Ground-Only Transportation (Critical for Fragrances)
Because our products contain denatured alcohol, they are classified as consumer commodities (ORM-D / Limited Quantity) under U.S. Department of Transportation regulations. Consequently, all orders must travel exclusively via ground shipping methods. Air freight is prohibited for these items. While we dispatch your package quickly, the transit clock only starts when the carrier’s truck departs. This regulatory requirement means we cannot offer overnight, expedited, or 2-day air services for any perfume purchase.

Delivery Estimates
Standard ground transit generally takes 3 to 7 business days after your order leaves our facility. Please be aware that these are carrier-generated estimates.

Carrier Assignment
We rotate between several reputable ground carriers—including UPS Ground, FedEx Home Delivery, and USPS Parcel Select—to optimize delivery reliability. The final carrier selection is made at our discretion and depends on your ship-to address, package weight, and our current operational workload.

Tracking Updates
You will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your unique tracking number once the carrier scans your package. Please allow up to 12 hours for the tracking portal to display initial movement.

Address Accuracy
You bear sole responsibility for entering a valid and deliverable address. If a shipment is returned to us because the address you supplied was wrong, incomplete, or illegible, we will contact you for correction. A secondary shipping fee will apply before we resend the order.

Cancellations and Modifications
If you need to revoke your order, act quickly. We can cancel and fully refund any order that has not yet entered the packing phase. Once our team assigns a tracking number and hands the parcel to the carrier, we lose the ability to intercept it. At that point, you must follow our standard return procedure after delivery.

Arrival Issues (Damage, Loss, or Incorrect Items)
We require you to examine your delivery promptly. Any claim regarding physical damage, incorrect item fulfillment, or missing products must be submitted within 2 business days of the tracking-marked delivery date. Please photograph the outer box, the internal packaging, and the product itself. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Delay Disclaimer
While we partner with established carriers, we cannot assume liability for delivery delays caused by extreme weather, infrastructure failures, carrier labor disputes, or other circumstances beyond our operational control.
