Return Window
We grant you 30 calendar days from the delivery date to request a return authorization. Any request raised after this deadline will be respectfully declined.

Condition Requirements (Strict for Hygiene)
To protect the health and safety of all our customers, we only accept returns for products that are completely unused and factory-sealed. This means:

  • The original cellophane/shrink wrap must remain intact and unbroken.
  • The perfume box must show zero signs of being opened, crushed, or re-taped.
  • All original promotional inserts and sample vials must still be present.

Once a fragrance has been opened, unwrapped, or removed from its retail packaging, we cannot restock it for sanitary reasons. Please be absolutely certain of your selection before breaking the seal.

Non-Returnable Categories
Items marked as “Final Sale” on their respective product pages, gift cards, and sample discovery sets are not eligible for return. We also do not accept returns for seasonal or discontinued items that have been deeply discounted.

Allergy and Sensitivity Disclaimer
Fragrances contain essential oils, alcohol, and botanical extracts that may trigger sensitivities in certain individuals. We do not accept returns solely based on personal allergic reactions or scent preferences, as these are subjective and not manufacturing defects. We strongly encourage you to test the fragrance in person at a local retailer if you are uncertain about how your skin might react.

How to Initiate a Return
Contact us via email with your order number and a brief reason. We will issue a prepaid return shipping label along with detailed packing instructions. Please use this label exclusively; if you ship your return via another service, we cannot guarantee receipt, and you will bear the cost.

Return Shipping Costs
We provide a complimentary return shipping label for all eligible returns initiated within the 30-day window. There are no restocking fees deducted from your refund. The prepaid label we supply is designated for ground service only (per hazardous material regulations).

Refund Timing
Once your return parcel arrives at our Bellingham facility, allow our inspection team 1 to 2 business days to verify the item’s condition. After approval, we initiate the refund credit to your original payment card or PayPal account.

  • Due to banking processing cycles, the refunded amount may take an additional 7 to 10 business days to become visible in your statement.
  • Since we ship all orders for free, there is no original shipping fee to deduct from your payout.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product that is damaged in transit or has a manufacturing flaw (e.g., a faulty atomizer), please alert us within 2 business days of delivery. We will cover the return postage and either dispatch a new unit or process a complete refund, whichever you prefer. This clause does not cover damage resulting from improper storage or rough handling after the package was opened.
